Outdoor life among vineyards, friends and good wines. This feeling gave birth to Pulmary.
In 1998, with no previous experience, we began our story with great enthusiasm and passion, producing organic grapes and, shortly afterwards, making our first wines.
Our nature-friendly philosophy led us towards a traditional and authentic approach to winemaking, where quality always comes before quantity.
Today we produce around 50,000 bottles of wine every year, reaching different parts of the world.
We produce small quantities of organic wines as a result of the work, commitment and personal involvement of the entire family.
Every bottle reflects our dedication and our respect for the land we have cultivated from generation to generation.
Our vineyard is located alongside the Tunuyán River in Medrano, Mendoza, a region where warm, sunny days and cool nights favor the production of grapes with intense color and distinctive character. Twenty-five percent of the property is covered by native flora and fauna, helping us maintain a diverse and natural ecosystem.
The sandy loam soil and stony subsoil provide natural drainage, ideal for obtaining excellent quality fruit.
Harvesting is done by hand using 16 kg boxes to preserve every bunch from the vineyard to the winery.
Our winery has a traditional Mendoza design and is equipped with concrete tanks specially designed for high-quality winemaking, concrete vessels and stainless-steel tanks.
The cellar, located underground, maintains ideal temperature and humidity throughout the year for barrel aging and bottle storage.
In addition to our own wines, winemakers entrust us with the production of their exclusive wines.

Our Organic Malbec represents the essence of Mendoza. A pure and genuine wine from a continental climate, made with native yeasts and minimal intervention. It shows an intense violet-red color. On the nose, cherries, strawberries and orange blossom combine with subtle notes of vanilla and coconut. On the palate, it is elegant, robust and textured, with sweet tannins and balanced acidity.
A Cabernet Sauvignon with great structure. It shows a deep ruby-red color. On the nose, blackcurrant and blackberry aromas combine with mint and pepper notes, along with subtle leather and tobacco from its time in oak. On the palate, it offers a sweet entry, layered development and volume, with excellent aging potential for the next ten years.
Fresh, elegant and mineral white wine. Made from carefully selected grapes, it combines delicate citrus notes, white flowers and excellent natural acidity.
Artisanal vermouth made with organic wine, natural herbs and carefully selected botanicals. Fresh, aromatic and balanced.

During the visit, you will taste wines directly from tanks and barrels, including Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Vermouth.
